Nom nom nom!

Beef stew in the slow cooker. I could smell it coming down the walk, before I even came inside the house. Made with oodles of fresh organic veg, a hearty splat of tomato paste, and a few generous glugs of red wine. For the complete and total WIN!

That is all. As you were.

Back to Dr.Who and BSJ attempt #2. (Going well enough that I'm a little nervous I missed something!)

I made beef stew on Sunday - I LOVE how the house smells while it's simmering. Mine has plenty of wine in it too. I froze most of it for nights that we're too busy and tired to cook but I had some last night. YUM.

I get the sense that slow cookers are the new black.

Did beef stew last week. Tried a guiness stew recipe. Didn't like it as much as my red wine stew. But the apt smells like stew for days. *drool*
